AlugaCerta's proposed verification standard includes reliable operator identification. If the Digital Services Act marketplace-traceability rules apply to the operator's size and status, the required identification evidence must be collected before a trader can offer a stay. I opened the appropriate activity with the Portuguese Tax Authority before beginning commercial activity.I understand that AlugaCerta must collect, verify and report seller and property information where DAC7 applies.I understand that AlugaCerta may have to report registration, address, listing URL and activity data under the EU short-term rental data-sharing rules.I will issue the legally required invoices or receipts and collect any applicable municipal tourist tax.

This also supports Digital Services Act trader self-certification where those marketplace rules apply.I confirm the information is accurate and authorise AlugaCerta to verify it with official registers, insurers and payment providers where legally permitted.I understand that selected trader details and the RNAL number must be shown to guests once a listing is approved and published.I acknowledge the privacy notice. Required application data is processed for pre-contract steps, legal duties, fraud prevention and marketplace safety—not on the basis of marketing consent.I understand that approval is not automatic and the property is not published until both the host application and the final listing have passed review.
